Duclos Environnment unit started in 1986, for the treatment of industrial wastes.

What kind of wastes ?
Industries are using mercury in various activities, and we can treat in our installation :
- Mud, soil, concrete,
- Metallic structures,
- Carbon for gas and water filtration,
- Catalysts…

Treatment under vacuum :
Wastes are treated separately under vacuum. We increase the temperature progressively, which will allow evaporation of the mercury, recovered as a liquid.

Thermometers and measuring material are recycled in our installation by crushing and treatment in our oven.

Dental amalgams :
We recycle them in our installation, but a separation by nature is necessary :
- dry amalgams,
- pre-dosed capsules,
- pre-filters
- dental separation.

Recycling :
Products staying in the oven are not carbonized and are recyclable in various industries.

Mercury is returned in the industry and metals are recycled.
